1. ink thickness of different printing processes

Flexible packaging printing uses different printing methods, and different printing methods have different ink thickness, different layout and text, different ink layer height. Common printing methods are gravure printing or flexographic printing, and a very small amount of offset printing.

Generally, the ink layer thickness of gravure printing is 2-5 micron (up to 10 micron), flexographic printing is 2-3 micron, offset printing is 1-2 micron.

For printed substrates, the difference between the ink level and the ink level is the key factor to determine the amount of glue needed. Therefore, the gravure printing is more than the flexographic printing and offset printing.

Therefore, the solvent-free double-sided coating mode of fast-setting adhesive may be more selective or less adaptable to the printing process than conventional adhesive.

- When the film is compounded, the amount of glue can be smaller because the ink layer height difference is 0, but the actual proportion of film compounding in packaging is not large.

- The printing film is similar to that of optical film.

- When the text line is combined, although the local ink layer has high difference, the whole film is similar to that of the optical film.

- In the full version of the field printing film composite, the situation is more complex, and the picture and text are very influential.
