Machine Characteristics：
1) Change printing or cutting length: No need to change printing rollers or gears in different size printing, directly set on Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) touching monitor, length range within 1200mm at will.
2) Accuracy color register: Color register allowance: less than or equal to +/-0.2mm.
3) One step two sides 9 colors (Front side: 5 colors + Back side: 4 colors) printing with accurate & sharp printing result. Immediately printing once machine turned on and Pre-color-register is unnecessary.
4) Heat cutter’s cutting knife driven by servo motor with accurate cutting result & without printing accumulative error. It is the first unit adopted this technique in China.
5) Referring to Germany technique on Flexo Printing Machine, printing unit adopts bevel gear driven, the fine turning device for horizontal & vertical registering achieves online (in machine running) quick color register adjusting in quantitative and positioning at one time.
